Salmon with Maple Syrup Sauce

I have been experimenting alot these past few days when it comes to food. I don't know, it's just that when I am craving for something, I will really try cooking and eat it. I know, noone escapes for the love of food. 
I tried to bake salmon minced with onion, sesame seeds, olive oil and lemon for 350 degrees in the oven about 20-30 minutes. Thought of something different for the saucy part and wanted something sweet yet with a little sour taste. And then I decided to use the maple syrup. I know this is not new but when I tried it myself, uhg! I just can't resist it. Saute the garlic first and then the maple syrup in a very low heat. Then added some lemon squeeze, bell peppers and peppers. That easy! Hassle free cooking! This for now my loves. Happy eating!
